The perils of writing words instead of writing words about writing are that you’re going to fall behind on one instead of the other. But progress on the main front continues. As of last night, I had 94.198 words total, of which 24,740 are what I had written since November 1, for an average of 1,767 words a day. Yesterday, I did 2,009 words. So far today, 909, for up-to-the-minute total of 25,649 words for the month. If the goal of NaMoWriMo is to do 50,000 words in 30 days, I am just about on schedule with that number on Day 15. I do have fun with my spreadsheets.
