Here is the most current version of the name and address list from A Quick Guide to Book-On-Demand Printing. This list was updated as of February 26, 2003, but most sites were last confirmed in January, 2003. In this version of the list, I have added section headings, shown in the Section Menu below.
There are a number of web links that don't work, and companies that seem to be shut down, as of the above dates. I have placed these in a separate defunct and/or unconfirmed section. I have left them in place in case they are still out there, with a change of address or business name, and on the off chance that the info left here will be enough for someone to track one or two of them down. In those cases where I definitely know the shop has closed, I will note it, to save you more searching for what's not there anymore.

I have verified web addresses all web addresses as of January 8, 2003. In earlier passes I used web addresses to confirm street addresses, phone numbers, etc. I have not verified email addresses, and have not verified all street addresses, though I have done spot checks on those businesses where I had some reason to be uncertain of the company's status.
This might not be the fanciest web page in the world, but at least it is reasonably clear and straightforward -- which is more than I can say for a good number of the pages it jumps to. There are many useful pages listed below -- but there are also a number of web designers I'd flunk. They're the ones who did the pages with lots of pretty pictures and bells and whistles, but with the product information (that is, the reason for the web page in the first place) either missing, hard to find, or incomplete. Maybe by the time you view their pages, they'll have updated their websites so the pages actually provide information.
Some companies haver requested that they be added to this list, and one or two have offered a link exchange, listing FoxAcre in exchange for being listed here. If they are appropriate to the list, I have added them without regard to any link exchange agreement. Listing here does not constitute endorsement, but is intended merely as a list of sources of information on book-on-demand. We do not seek or accept payment in exchange for listing.
